We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless in the event of a cancelled performance.

Yes, you will need to present the credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets. This is to protect both you and ourselves from potential credit card fraud.

If you arrive late for a performance you will be admitted at an appropriate break which may in some cases be the interval.

There are ladies and gents toilets off to the right in the foyer. The toilets for disabled and baby change are accessed via the cafe.

For all concerts where a performance time is stated on the tickets then doors will be open approximately 60 minutes prior to this.

Photography and the recording of events are strictly forbidden.

Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all performances.

Babies under 3 years of age are not permitted unless the performance is strictly for pre-school children. For pre-school performances all children must have a valid ticket to attend a performance.

The Whitehall Theatre has a cafe and bars on the stalls level, which are open half an hour prior to the performance and at the interval. It is advisable to pre-order interval drinks.
