Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions we hope you find them useful.

Contact the theatre Box Office who can assist in re-sending your confirmation. Tel: 01382 322684.  email: boxoffice@whitehalltheatre.com.  The theatre Box Office will also be open an hour before the show if you are unable to locate your tickets.

We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless in the event of a cancelled performance.  There is a Ticket Protection Plan available on purchase of tickets.

You ma be asked to present a form of ID in order to collect tickets.

If you arrive late for a performance you will be admitted at an appropriate break which may in some cases be the interval.

In order to provide the best service we ask that all customers seeking to purchase  wheelchair tickets contact the Box Office, Tel 01382 322684. Email: boxoffice@whitehalltheatre.com to ensure that the correct tickets are supplied.  Concession tickets can be booked on line, please note not all events provide a concession price.

There are ladies and gents toilets off to the right in the foyer. The toilets for disabled and baby changing are accessed via the bar.

For all concerts where a performance time is stated on the tickets then doors will be open approximately 60 minutes prior to this.

Photography and the recording of events are strictly forbidden.

Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all performances.

Children over 18 months must have a ticket.

Age restrictions/advice is usually advised on the information page of a show/event.

The Whitehall Theatre has Pennycooks bar, on the stalls level, which is open an hour prior to the performance and at the interval. It is advisable to pre-order interval drinks.  Please note:  some events will not permit the bar to be open during the performance. There is also a trolley with confectionery/drinks in the auditorium before and at the interval of most shows.

If you think you may have lost an item in the theatre please call our Box Office on 01382 322684, open Monday to Friday 10.00 am – 3.00 pm, and we will advise if we have the item.  Lost property will be held for 1 month before being disposed of.
